TITLE: Production Coordinator
LOCATION: Brea, California

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Execute production details in partnership with sourcing channels, client buying group, and internal production group.
• Validate and manage time/action calendar base on program delivery timeline
• Coordinate sample projections and calendar internal sample process
• Develop and maintain image library for products placed by season
• Create color and fabric swatch cards by category
• Provide technical manufacturing details to overseas factories
• Create and maintain SKU database in the UNIX system
• Gather information on production shortfalls and present solutions to managers

REQUIREMENTS:

• Possess knitwear production knowledge: trade regulations, testing protocol, product specification, production cycle timeline, fabric and garment construction (Must)
• Speak, write, and read Mandarin Chinese (must)
• Computer skills include excel, and illustrator
• Ability to multi task and organize details
• Have a sense of urgency in managing timelines and accomplishing tasks
• 4 Year Bachelors Degree or textile education preferred
• 2 Years production experience in the apparel industry preferred
