We start this process by our own principles and integrity. Along the way, we have developed a comprehensive internal compliance manual. This effort was collaborated with the help of Ms.Tara Holeman, who has extensive compliance knowledge in the garment industry and was a part of the management team at Adidas/Reebok's Far East region. Tara spent months as our internal consultant and helped us refined what we have already been practicing internally.
We have passed some of the most aggressive client audits including Reebok, VF, CSCC, and ITS. Our clients continue to perform annual compliance audits and together, this process has helped us to keep up with standards that we can all be proud of. PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT
Everything starts with a great product. We understand the 1st stage of product conception is how we execute the proto development stage. We have a team of merchandisers that will work with our clients on a one to one basis. To fully understand your vision and translate that from concept to concrete development steps is what we do.
We also pay close attention to R&D in terms of new fabrication, trims, style trend service, color trends, and embellishment techniques. We do this to help our clients to deliver superior quality products that will generate great sell thru at retail.
PRODUCTION PLANNING
We analyze and implement the most cost efficient production methodology to make a first quality garment. Our merchandise production team in the office and our factory personnel work as one seamless team to execute all phases of the production requirement.
Our systematic apparel resource management (ARM) tools allow us to monitor the production status and be proactive in problem solving. This state of the art system allows us the ability to bar code all items from the moment the fabric arrive into our factory floor. This helps keep track of all work in progress at any stage of the manufacturing process. It also allow us to have data for management control and report to our clients in a just in time manner on updates.
QUALITY CONTROL
Quality control system begins Day 1 when we receive your tech packs for proto development. We believe a good proto leads to good salesman samples, and ultimately, it leads to a good production garment.
The system we have in place has checks and balances. We do not believe in creating redundancy, and we have set up key quality check points before a garment is finished. Our system starts with a self-conscious individual, and with good training, we believe our quality can never be compromised under any circumstances.
